Lacy Hoover is the Founder and Director of Shine On Outreach, a humanitarian driven, non-profit organization dedicated to serving the vulnerable population by specifically providing care packages, personal support and aide. Shine On Outreach has provided hundreds of cozy socks to adults in hospice care and assisted homeless teens at risk for sex trafficking. Lacy Hoover’s passion

Artist Corner
View our featured artists that auction their work to raise funds for care packages and volunteer in many capacities to raise funding for the Food Truck. The food ministry will serve foster children in group care as well as other vulnerable populations.
Care Packages
Join us in creating care packages to send children and youth in foster care. Help brighten a heart today.
Over 300 Bags of Love were distributed to the Treasure Beach community. The purses contained feminine products and comfort items. We also donated over 100 large print bibles per their request.
Bags of Love were also distributed in the Greater Charlotte Area. These included purses with feminine products and comfort items, as well as a duffle bag containing water and food.
